OnBase - Workflow for Fund Agreement Notifications

Overview

The OnBase Fund Agreement Notification Workflow is designed to inform identified campus staff when a new fund agreement is imported into OnBase.

Accessing OnBase workflow for Fund Agreements - New Agreements

  1. You will receive an email notification regarding a new Fund Agreement
  2. Double-click the OnBase Unity client and login using your Carleton network ID and password 
  3. Click the Workflow button on the ribbon menu 
  4. Find the Life Cycle titled "Fund Agreements" and click the arrow on the left side to expand it to show all of your Fund queues 
  5. Highlight any queues that you would like to review
    1. Individual documents will show in a list in the OnBase "InBox"
    2. Selecting an individual document will show you the document below in the "Primary Viewer"
    3. Right-click on any document and choose "Keywords" to see keywords associated to that particular document
  6. When done reviewing documents in this view, find and click the "Close This Layout" button near the top in the ribbon menu 

Accessing Historical Fund Agreements

  1. Double-click the OnBase Unity client and login using your Carleton network ID and password 
  2. Click the "Retrieval" button on the ribbon menu  (If your default 'home' layout is already set to this, you may skip this step)
  3. Scroll the list of Document Types to find and click on/select "STEW - Agreement" 
  4. Recommended - You may optionally input a value into any one of the keywords to filter your results list
