OnBase - Submitting an e-form

This page will outline how to enter an e-form in the Unity Client of OnBase.

Submitting an e-form in the Unity client:

1. Open the Unity client
2. Click on the Forms icon
3. In the left-hand panel, click on your e-form
4. A blank e-form will come up on the screen.  
5. These e-forms are destined to be documents in OnBase.  All documents have Keywords associated, so e-forms also have Keywords.  Your e-form will have you enter the appropriate Keywords.
6. When you have completed the entire form, click on Submit and this will become a document in OnBase.
