OnBase - Requesting an account

OnBase is an institutional electronic document imaging and management application used at Carleton to serve students, faculty, and staff.

OnBase allows us to store electronic documents and convert paper documents to electronic documents for storage and reference purposes, as well as share electronic documentation in a secure and efficient manner. Having access to information helps us to provide superior service to our students.

Requesting an account

If your office already uses OnBase, please contact the ITS helpdesk to request an account.  You can either call x5999 or email helpdesk@carleton.edu.

If your office will be new to OnBase, please contact the OnBase campus administrator, Russ Bauer, at rbauer@carleton.edu
