OnBase allows you to import a large PDF file and split it apart into separate documents in OnBase.  The files in OnBase will become TIF files, which provide more functionality in OnBase.  Follow the steps below to accomplish this:

 

Have OnBase open

File

Print

Hyland Software Virtual Printer

Print

Choose document type group

Choose document type

Keep ‘Image File Format’

Click on Split
