General Information

MFPs replaced a number of desktop printers during the Summer of 2007. There are two models of MFPs: 4150 & 7132. Most MFPs are connected to a copy card reader.

Troubleshooting

Copy Card Readers

If a copy card read is unresponsive, do the following:

1. Unlplug the power cable (black) from the copy card reader
2. Wait 10 seconds
3. Plug in the power cable
4. Wait 2 minutes
5. Swipe a card for copying

If the above doesn't fix the message on the copy card reader, contact x5999 for further assistance.
