Because the portal is set up as a continuation of Carleton's business account with CDW-G, entering the payment information for your order is less straightforward than for most sites. This page will guide you through the process.
- After you have selected your item(s) and added them to your cart, choose Checkout.
- You will be prompted to enter your shipping address. Do so, and click continue.
- Select your shipping method and click continue.
- The payment screen is where the process becomes less straightforward.
If you are purchasing the computer using only your own funds:
- Select New Credit/Debit Card
- Make sure the Billing Address pull-down has the Carleton College (#13112310) - 1 N College St, Northfield, MN 55057 4001 address selected.
- Click Review Your Order and complete the order.
If you are purchasing the computer using only Carleton-granted funds:
- Select Carleton College, Attn: Accnts Payable (#288312) - One North College St., Northfield MN, 55057 4404 from the Billing Address dropdown.
- Select Net Terms as the payment method
- Enter the code you were given in the email from Adit Burkule in the P.O. Number/Description field
- Click Review Your Order and complete the order.
If you are using a combination of the Carleton-granted funds and your own funds:
- Make sure the Billing Address pull-down has the Carleton College (#13112310) - 1 N College St, Northfield, MN 55057 4001 address selected.
- Select New Credit/Debit Card
- Enter your credit card information. It will work even though the billing address is Carleton.
- Enter the code you were given in the email from Adit Burkule in the P.O. Number/Description (Optional) Field in the Additional Details section
- Click Review Your Order and complete the order.
