There may be times when you have two documents in OnBase that really should be combined as one document. These are the basic steps will allow you to do this:
- Open OnBase Unity Client
- In Document Retrieval, open up both of the documents so that you can see them next to each other.
- In both documents, select the Image tab > Edit pages and you should now see something similar to the following image (click the image to enlarge).
- As illustrated in the image above, drag the pages you would like to go into a single document in the order that you would like them to be in.
- Once the document has been combined to your liking, click 'Save and Close All'
- In one document, right-click on the thumbnail until you see a 'hook'.
- Drag that hook onto the thumbnails of the document you want to add it to.
- Once it's moved, you can delete the leftover document.
