Because the The CDW-G portal is set up as a continuation of Carleton's business account with CDW-G, entering the payment information for your order is less straightforward slightly different than for most consumer sites. This page will guide you through the process.

If you are purchasing the computer using only your own funds:
- Select New Credit/Debit CardMake sure the Billing Address pull-down has the Carleton College (#13112310) - 1 N College St, Northfield, MN 55057 4001 address selected.
- Enter your credit card information.
- Click Review Your Order and complete the orderand then Place Order to complete your purchase.

If you are purchasing the computer using only Carleton-granted funds:
- Select Enter Billing Address Carleton College , Attn: Accnts Payable (#288312#13112310) - One North 1 N College St., Northfield, MN , 55057 4404 from the Billing Address dropdown55057 4001.
- Select Net Terms as as the payment method.
- Enter the code you were given in the email from Adit Burkule in the P.O. Number/Description field field.
- Click Review Your Order and then Place Order and to complete the orderyour purchase.

If you are using a combination of the Carleton-granted funds and your own funds:
- Make sure the Enter Billing Address pull-down has the Carleton College (#13112310) - 1 N College St, Northfield, MN 55057 4001 address selected.
- Select New Credit/Debit Card.
- Enter your credit card information. It will work even though the billing address is Carleton.
- Enter the code you were given in the email from Adit Burkule in the P.O. Number/Description (Optional) Field in the Additional Details section.
- Click Review Your Order and then Place Order and to complete the orderyour purchase.
