- Go to the Carleton https://onbaseweb.carleton.edu
- Leaving the top option set to the default value of "ADS," enter your Carleton User Name and Password
- Click the (hamburger) menu in the upper-left corner
- Choose "New Form"
- Scroll the list of forms to find, and click on, the link titled "Stipend Request Form"
- Complete all fields on the form to the best of your ability and click Submit at the bottom-left area of the form
- Upon clicking the Submit button you are prompted with the following
- If you would like to fill out another Stipend Request, click "Yes" to open a new blank form - If not, click No
