Canon Printers and PaperCut Issue

If you are trying to use a Canon printer with the new built-in PaperCut, there have been a few incidents reported where holding the card up to the reader will cause it to beep but the screen doesn't update. Also, attempts to sign in with a username and password only beep without proceeding through to the next step.

If that happens, please gather the following information:

• Date
• Time
• Restart the printer
• Report if restart resolved issue
