If you are trying to use a Canon printer with the new built-in PaperCut, there have been a few incidents reported where holding the card up to the reader will cause it to beep but the screen doesn't update. Also, attempts to sign in with a username and password only beep without proceeding through to the next step.

If that happens, please gather the following information:

Date
Time
Restart the printer
Report if restart resolved issue

Email that information to the triumvirate (Kevin, Travis and Kendra) and Sande Nissen for tracking.
