Testing procedure:
1. Check if admin/user interfaces are up: admin and user. (Single Sign-On coming winter break 2019)

2.  Send a test-job to a PaperCut-managed printer as a known-to-PaperCut user.  Check the queue to ensure that it is processed. 

Priority level: This print server is a high priority and should be brought back up ASAP.
