1. Cinema (WCC 161)
   a. booking
The Weitz Cinema can be reserved by contacting Steve Richardson, Director of the Arts (srichard@carleton.edu; -4389).

   b. lights
The light panel inside the main entrance has four presets on it, one through four. 

   c. playing a movie
When you enter the projection booth (WCC 261), the LCD panel should say "Welcome to the Weitz. Please press what you want to do." From the column of buttons along the right side of the screen, select "DVD." Insert a DVD or Blu-ray disc into the player and press play.

2. Large Meeting Room (WCC 236) & Conference Room (WCC 131)
These spaces are booked in EMS, Carleton's room scheduling system.

3. White spaces (WCC 148, 226, 229 et al.)
Students wanting space to put on exhibitions and installations as part of comps, should work with faculty to determine space needs; faculty should contact Steve Richardson as far in advance as possible.

4. Teaching Museum (WCC 101 & 102)
See Laurel Bradley. No food or drink is permitted in the galleries.
