1. lights
The light panel inside the main entrance has ten presets on it. These three are most useful:
preset 1: lights off
preset 6: lights on, bright
preset 7: lights on, dim
and correspond to 1, 6, and 7 on the LCD panel at the podium and in the projection booth. (The LCD panel has a fourth light setting called "cinema night," ideal for screenings. Note the running lights for safety along the aisles.)
2. playing a movie
The LCD panel at the podium and in the projection booth should say "Welcome to the Weitz. Please press what you want to do." From the column of buttons along the right side of the screen, select "DVD." Insert a DVD into the player, either in the projection booth or at the podium and press play.
