The CDW-G portal is set up as a continuation of Carleton's business account with CDW-G, entering the payment information for your order is slightly different than for most consumer sites. This page will guide you through the process.

  • After you have selected your item(s) and added them to your cart, choose Checkout.

  • Enter your shipping address and click continue.

  • Select your shipping method and click continue.

  • The payment screen is where the process is slightly different.

If you are purchasing the computer using only your own funds:

  • Select New Credit/Debit Card.
  • Enter your credit card information.
  • Click Review Your Order and then Place Order to complete your purchase.



If you are purchasing the computer using only Carleton-granted funds:

  • Select Net Terms as the payment method.
  • Enter the code you were given in the email from Adit Burkule in the P.O. Number/Description field.
  • Click Review Your Order and then Place Order to complete your purchase.



If you are using a combination of the Carleton-granted funds and your own funds:

  • Enter Billing Address Carleton College (#13112310) - 1 N College St, Northfield, MN 55057 4001.
  • Select New Credit/Debit Card.
  • Enter your credit card information.  It will work even though the billing address is Carleton.
  • Enter the code you were given in the email from Adit Burkule in the P.O. Number/Description (Optional) Field in the Additional Details section.
  • Click Review Your Order and then Place Order to complete your purchase.
