Because the portal is set up as a continuation of Carleton's business account with CDW-G, entering the payment information for your order is less straightforward than for most sites. This page will guide you through the process.


  • After you have selected your item(s) and added them to your cart, choose Checkout.
  • You will be prompted to enter your shipping address. Do so, and click continue.
  • Select your shipping method and click continue.
  • The payment screen is where the process becomes less straightforward.

If you are purchasing the computer using only your own funds:

  • Select New Credit/Debit Card
  • Make sure the Billing Address pull-down has the Carleton College (#13112310) - 1 N College St, Northfield, MN 55057 4001 address selected.
  • Click Review Your Order and complete the order.



If you are purchasing the computer using only Carleton-granted funds:

  • Select Carleton College, Att:n: Accnts Payable (#288312) - One North College St., Northfield MN, 55057 4404 from the Billing Address dropdown.
  • Select Net Terms as the payment method
  • Enter the code you were given in the email from Austin Robinson-Coolidge in the P.O. Number/Description field
  • Click Review Your Order and complete the order.



If you are using a combination of the Carleton-granted funds and your own funds:

  • Make sure the Billing Address pull-down has the Carleton College (#13112310) - 1 N College St, Northfield, MN 55057 4001 address selected.
  • Select New Credit/Debit Card
  • Enter your credit card information.  It will work even though the billing address is Carleton.
  • Enter the code you were given in the email from Austin Robinson-Coolidge in the P.O. Number/Description (Optional) Field in the Additional Details section
  • Click Review Your Order and complete the order.
