There are two ways to view an object record in EmbARK, "Standard View" and "Custom View." With custom view you can select limit which fields you want to look at. This view is good for making quick changes or analyzing a single field over multiple objects. To change to custom view close out of all windows and select "File" from the top menu and then "Preferences." In the new widow, under "Data Entry Form options," change objects . to "Custom." 
When using custom view, you can change which fields to display by selection "Modify" in the drop down "View" menu to the right.
To switch back to standard view, simple highlight the object in the list, press "Shift" and click "Modify"
