When department information changes in Colleague, the following people need to be notified :
- Information Technology and Services:

- Create new Department record(s), define code and description, set to be active
- Once all positions have been matched with the new Department, set the old one inactive.
- Data Warehouse

- Update permissions as necessary on DW objects and database tables to reflect new or renamed AD groups populated by IdAM.
- Identity Management

- Create or modify LDAP and AD OUs corresponding to affected department(s).
