When department information changes in Colleague, the following people need to be notified :

      • Create new Department record(s), define code and description, set to be active
      • Once all positions have been matched with the new Department, set the old one inactive.

      • Update permissions as necessary on DW objects and database tables to reflect new or renamed AD groups populated by IdAM.
