Troubleshooting Notes:

- All Canon MFDs are registered with DHCP server, but are configured to use their assigned static IP addresses in the 137.22.12.* and 137.22.144.* ranges. This solved the September 2019 2018 problem of MFDs trying to grab the server IP address for themselves when they startup.
