  1. Go to https://citrix.carleton.edu
  2. Login with your Carleton username and password.
  3. Be sure to make note of any pop-ups that may be getting blocked. In order for Citrix to work properly, you will need to allow pop-ups for citrix.carleton.edu.
  4. You may see the App(s) that you intend to use. If so, a single left-click on the App will open it.
  5. If you want to see additional Apps, click the "Add Apps" icon  on the left side of your screen to choose application that you would like to have available on the initial screen. You may have already done this in your first run of Citrix, but this can always be modified.

OnBase Unity Client from an iPad

...

  1. Using your iPad, go to the App Store.
  2. Search for "Citrix Receiver" and chose to install it. (It's free!)
  3. Open Safari and go to https://citrix.carleton.edu
  4. Login using your Carleton network ID and Password.

  5. You should now be able to run applications available to you. 
  6. If you want you do not see OnBase Unity Client, you will need to see additional Apps , click by clicking the "Add Apps" icon  on the left side of your screen to choose application that you would like to have available on the initial screen. You may have already done this in your first run of Citrix, but this can always be modified.
  7. Click the OnBase icon and wait for the login window to appear. Sometimes this can take up to two or three minutes.
