General Policy
The CMC has two one computer classrooms classroom (CMC 109 and 110) that are is available for reservation. These are It is reserved by contacting Tammy Wellentin and/or Kendra Strode at the ITS helpdesk. Because these rooms are also public labsBecause this room is also a public lab, we make a concerted effort to limit the repeated reservation of these spaces throughout term. An example of scope is that we're okay with a course meeting once a week in the labs, but wouldn't want the entire course to be taught out of the labthis space throughout term. We also avoid all-day reservations.
Clubs and Organizations are allowed to reserve spaces if they're fully recognized and active clubs with CSA charters.
