    1. Currently we are using security keywords to determine who gets access to documents by UserID on the Adviser keyword type.
    2. Generate url with FolderPop URL creator https://onbaseweb.carleton.edu/appnet/FolderPop/FolderPopURLCreator.aspx.
    3. The url can be used within your ERP The Hub as a link to open a new tab/window, or it can display a FolderPop iframe on an existing page.
    4. A concurrent license is consumed at the time of opening a Folder for a minimum of 5 minutes.
