The AT is required to keep records of whom they provide the software product and product keys to, when, and for which computers. (These do not have to be college-owned computers, but each installation computer and STEM user has to be uniquely identified in the AT's records.)ATs, please note that the number of downloads of each product for your login might be limited (e.g., formerly one download, and one more for backup), so keep a copy of the downloaded software for later distribution on other computers or to fulfill other faculty requests.
Here is the Azure Dev Tools for Teaching agreement from Microsoft, which the AT and faculty using the software must read and follow. Note especially section 4.a, "Using the Subscription Benefits", and the tighter restrictions in section 4.a.iv on the use of Windows operating systems.
